STARTERS

EACH GUEST WILL HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

ACHARI TURKEY TIKKA 
Cubes of turkey breast, yoghurt and pickling spices, chargrilled.

SEAFOOD FRITTERS 
Chopped prawns, mussels, fish, lemon grass, ginger and spring onions seasoned, egged, coated with blue poppyseeds and fried.

PANEER TIKKA LALMIRCH (V) 
Cubes of cottage cheese layered with red chilli chutney, draped in spiced yoghurt cheese marinade, grilled to perfection.

 

MAIN COURSE

MAIN COURSES SERVED FOR ALL TO SHARE:

ROGANI KABULI GOSHT
Diced lamb steeped in spices, ginger-garlic juice, pot-roasted with ‘Kabuli chana’ in a flavoursome and full-bodied roasted cumin flavoured spicy gravy.

MURGH MALAI KORMA 
Tender chicken breast, nut-onion-yoghurt sauce, a touch of kewra, saffron, cream and honey.

SPINACH CORN MUSHROOM MASALA (V)
Garden fresh baby corn, button mushrooms and spinach tossed in gingered tomato-onion masala.

(Main courses will be served with breads and saffron pulao rice)

DESSERT

Combination of different textures of Indian desserts.
